The U6000 Free polyurethane resin is a white, two-component potting compound engineered to provide thick insulation for electronic circuits in harsh environments. It requires mixing with the U6000B catalyst at a 100:21 ratio by weight, after which the liquid viscosity climbs quickly until achieving a full cure. The flexible polyurethane formulation is specifically designed to cure quickly, resist abrasion, and place less stress on sensitive PCB components.

Sustains a reliable operating temperature range from -50°C to +120°C.
