Biocide-free and skin sensitiser-free, with dilution up to 40:1.

ULTRACUT® EVO 260 is the highest extreme pressure-rated soluble oil in ROCOL®’s ULTRACUT® EVO range, specifically engineered for the most demanding machining operations. It incorporates an advanced EP additive system that delivers outstanding protection when cutting difficult-to-machine alloys such as stainless steel, inconel, high-temperature alloys, and aerospace-grade materials.

EVO 260 is compatible with most metals but excels in heavy-duty operations on high-strength materials. Recommended dilution is 20:1 to 40:1 — richer concentrations are advised for extreme operations to maximise EP performance. Its density of 0.99 g/cm³ (higher than EVO 250 and EVO 255) reflects the elevated EP additive content.
