Momentive SILTRUST™ RTV6432 is a one-part, addition-cure silicone encapsulant designed for applications requiring controlled flow, strong dielectric performance, and fast curing at elevated temperatures. This semi-flowable material offers primerless adhesion to many substrates and provides reliable environmental and electrical insulation. RTV6432 can also be diluted with an optional Part C to support spray, HVLP, or roller application methods, making it suitable for precision staking and encapsulating tasks in electronic assemblies.
