Momentive SILTRUST™ RTV627 is a two-part, low-viscosity silicone encapsulant designed for potting and protection of electronic components, especially in applications requiring flame-resistant materials. With a convenient 1:1 mix ratio and deep-section curing capability, RTV627 forms a reversion-resistant elastomer offering excellent hydrolytic stability, low shrinkage, and strong environmental protection. Its UL94 V-0 flammability rating and robust dielectric properties make it ideal for high-voltage and high-reliability electronic systems.
