The ST1611A epoxy resin is a transparent, two-liquid component system formulated to deliver superior mechanical protection and high-temperature resistance for printed circuits. The resin is mixed with the ST1611B catalyst at a 100:45 weight ratio, allowing the material to climb quickly in viscosity for thick environmental protection. Compared to polyurethane, this epoxy is harder, offers better adhesion, and demonstrates excellent resistance to chemical environments.
ST1611A Epoxy Resin Features:
Maintains a viscosity of 2000 cSt and a specific gravity of 1.6.
Endures a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +130°C.
Cures to a highly durable Shore D80 hardness.
Provides a dielectric strength of 15 kV/mm for reliable electrical insulation.
Allows for a long pot life of 90-120 minutes and a gel time of 40 minutes.
