NTT AT6001 is a specialized UV curable adhesive formulated with acrylate as its main ingredient. Before the curing process, the product features a slightly yellow and transparent appearance. It is meticulously designed for high-performance bonding and is manufactured to correspond to rigorous Telcordia standards. Because it is an acrylate-based resin, the adhesive can be anaerobic, meaning an oxygen-free environment such as nitrogen substitution may be required during curing to ensure the surface sets properly.

Standard curing conditions require 5 minutes of UV irradiation using lamps such as metal halide or mercury xenon, followed by a heat treatment at 60°C for 1 hour.
Provides highly durable moisture resistance, lasting over 500 hours in 121°C and 100% RH conditions without any peeling.
