HumiSeal® TS 300 is a non-flammable, high-temperature temporary masking compound specifically formulated for use on printed circuit boards during the conformal coating process. It is designed to effectively protect selected components, contact points, and connectors from coating application, and can be easily peeled away after curing without leaving any residue. HumiSeal® TS 300 contains no ammonia and does not interfere with the thermal curing of silicone-based coatings. This product withstands limited exposure to temperatures up to 260°C and can be applied effortlessly using an applicator bottle, dispensing equipment, or a brush.
Upon curing, which occurs at room temperature in approximately one hour or within 20–30 minutes under elevated temperatures, the material changes color from pink to translucent red. HumiSeal® TS 300 is also designed not to tarnish metals such as gold, copper, and phosphor bronze. The cured mask is completely insoluble in both water and organic solvents, ensuring excellent performance throughout processing. With its clean removability and reliable protection, HumiSeal® TS 300 is the ideal solution for masking needs in high-precision electronics manufacturing.
