3M™ Fluorinert™ Liquid FC-3284 is a non-conductive, thermally and chemically stable fluid ideal for use in single and two-phase heat transfer fluid applications, such as semiconductor package testing, power electronics, and computer cooling.

Additional Information Clear, colorless, non-conductive, non-flammable, residue-free, thermally and chemically stable liquid ideal for use in many heat transfer fluid applications. Its compatibility makes it well-suited for a variety of electronic single and two-phase heat transfer applications, including reliability testing, power conversion, and others. Because FC-3284 has an extremely narrow boiling range, its composition will not deviate with time, ensuring consistent transport properties.
