COVEN FP4001 is an advanced heat transfer fluid and the perfect alternative solution for 3M Novec 649, 3M Novec 612 & 3M FC-3284.

COVEN FP4001 is a dielectric heat transfer fluid, dedicated to 2-phase immersion or direct cooling systems. Its high electrical insulation properties allow it to immerse electronics & electrical devices under power in the fluid. The favorable characteristics of the product’s viscosity, density, and surface tension allow optimal surface contact, which contributes to a superior heat transfer performance.

COVEN FP4001 is formulated with safety in mind. It is non-toxic, has no mention of any EUH phrases, is non-flammable, and has no flash point. It also has fire extinguishing properties, which provide extra protection in case of fire.
