The ST21A epoxy resin is a black, two-liquid component potting compound engineered to act as an excellent insulator against aggressive chemical and high-temperature environments. It utilizes the CA51B catalyst at a precise 100:9 mix ratio by weight, building viscosity quickly to form a thick, permanent protective block. This epoxy resin cures to a very hard finish, providing exceptional adhesion and structural protection for delicate circuits.
ST21A Epoxy Resin Features:
Formulated with a viscosity of 1500 cSt and a specific gravity of 1.15.
Operates effectively in high-temperature environments ranging from -50°C to +130°C.
Achieves a rigid Shore D90 hardness.
Delivers a dielectric strength of 20 kV/mm and meets the UL94V0 (4mm) flammability qualification.
Features a pot life of 30-40 minutes and a gel time of 50-90 minutes.
