The ST1626 epoxy resin is a highly viscous, transparent, two-liquid component system developed for the rapid and robust mechanical protection of electronic circuits. Mixed at a straightforward 100:100 ratio by weight with the ST1626B catalyst, the material rapidly climbs in viscosity until it is fully cured. As an epoxy system, it delivers superior adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, and a harder cured finish compared to polyurethane alternatives.
ST1626 Epoxy Resin Features:
Distinctive for its extremely high viscosity of 15000 cSt and a specific gravity of 1.1.
Recommended for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
Hardens securely to a Shore D80 rating.
Provides reliable insulation with a dielectric strength of 15 kV/mm.
Engineered for rapid processing with a very fast pot life of 6 minutes and a gel time of 10 minutes.
