The Scotch-Brite™ PD Surface Conditioning Belt features a loftier, more springy open web material that is especially resistant to loading on soft or oily materials. Made with nylon fibers that break easily to expose fresh mineral, this belt is an excellent choice for low-pressure conditioning and finishing. Its reinforced scrim backing offers good flexibility for use on either a file belt or a backstand. This non-woven belt allows operators to clean and finish in a single step, reducing rework and boosting productivity while maintaining the geometry of the workpiece.
