Product Introduction
Momentive SNAPSIL™ RTV229B is the B-component used in combination with RTV210A to create the fast-curing RTV210 silicone adhesive system. When mixed at the recommended ratio, the formulation cures rapidly at room temperature to form a tough, resilient silicone rubber with strong adhesion to metals, plastics, and glass. RTV229B enhances the paste-like, non-sag consistency of the mixed adhesive, making it suitable for vertical and overhead applications while maintaining excellent durability, electrical insulation, and environmental resistance.
