Momentive SILTRUST™ TSE3661 is a flowable, two-component condensation-cure silicone encapsulant designed for electrical potting applications. It cures at room temperature into an elastic silicone rubber that adheres to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics without primers. With excellent deep-section curing, fast tack-free time, and UL94 HB flame retardancy, TSE3661 delivers strong environmental protection and dielectric performance for diverse electronic systems.
