Product Introduction
Momentive SILTRUST™ TSE3331 is a heat-curable, two-component silicone potting material engineered for flame-retardant protection of electronic assemblies. Once cured, it forms a strong, black elastic rubber that adheres without primer to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics. Featuring UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, excellent thermal conductivity, and superior dielectric insulation, TSE3331 is designed for high-reliability applications where thermal management and safety are critical.
