Momentive SILTRUST™ TSE3064S is a low-viscosity, two-component dielectric silicone gel that cures at room temperature into a soft, tacky material ideal for electronic potting. Its 1:1 mix ratio, fast curing capability, and excellent flow characteristics make it suitable for high-throughput assembly lines. The cured gel provides effective cushioning against vibration, shock, and moisture while offering reliable dielectric insulation for sensitive electronic assemblies.
