Product Introduction
Momentive SILTRUST™ TSE3064H-UV is a UV-curable, two-component dielectric silicone gel designed for rapid electronic potting applications. With a 1:1 mix ratio and low viscosity, it quickly cures under UV exposure and completes curing in shadowed areas at room temperature. This dual-cure capability, combined with primerless adhesion to plastics and metals, provides excellent process flexibility. The cured gel delivers soft elastomeric cushioning, superior dielectric insulation, and moisture protection for sensitive electronics.
