Momentive SILTRUST™ TSE3062 is a low-viscosity, two-component silicone gel formulated for protective potting of electronic assemblies. It cures at room temperature into a soft, tacky gel that provides excellent cushioning against vibration, shock, and moisture. Featuring a 1:1 mix ratio and optional heat-accelerated curing, TSE3062 delivers process efficiency along with strong dielectric performance. Its non-corrosive chemistry and stable gel structure make it ideal for hybrid ICs, power modules, and high-voltage electronics requiring gentle yet effective protection.
