Product Introduction
Momentive SilGrip™ PSA595 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a xylene-based silicone adhesive formulated with polysiloxane gum and resin. Supplied at 55% silicone solids, it can be further diluted with aromatic, aliphatic, or chlorinated solvents to meet coating and processing requirements. PSA595 can also be blended with SR545 resin dispersion or other methyl-based silicone adhesives to tailor performance. It is widely used in the production of industrial tapes made from film and fabric substrates, offering excellent tack, shear strength, temperature resistance, and minimal residue, making it suitable for electronics masking and electrical insulation applications.
