Product Introduction
Momentive SilGrip™ PSA518 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a xylene-based silicone adhesive made from phenyl polysiloxane gum and resin, supplied at 56% silicone solids. It can be diluted with various solvents and blended with SR545 resin dispersion for tailored performance. PSA518 is effective for coating film and fabric substrates to produce industrial pressure-sensitive tapes. Its superior thermal stability makes it an excellent option for electrical insulation tapes and masking tapes used in electronics, plasma spray, and flame spray applications.
