Product Introduction
Momentive SilGrip™ PSA5080 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a toluene-based silicone formulation containing polysiloxane gum and resin, supplied at approximately 60% silicone solids. Designed specifically for mica tape manufacturing, PSA5080 provides robust adhesion, exceptional heat and electrical resistance, and strong bonding between mica sheets and glass fiber cloth. Its low viscosity allows deep penetration into porous substrates, enabling high structural reinforcement for flame-retardant tape applications used in electronics, architectural materials, and other demanding environments.
