Momentive SilForce™ SS4195A-D1 is a condensation-cured silicone primer formulated to improve anchorage of phenyl-based silicone pressure sensitive adhesives on high-temperature film substrates. Supplied in a toluene solution, it enhances PSA bonding to polyester, polyimide, PTFE, and FEP films, significantly reducing delamination and slit-edge web formation. SS4195A delivers proven anchorage performance, particularly with phenyl-based systems such as PSA518.
