Momentive SILCOOL™ XE11-B5320 is a one-component, low-volatile, alkoxy-cure silicone adhesive sealant that offers thermal conductivity and strong primerless adhesion. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to moisture, forming an elastic, non-corrosive silicone rubber. Suitable for bonding and sealing thermal components, XE11-B5320 adheres well to metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass without requiring a primer.
