Momentive SILCOOL™ TIA211G is a two-component, thermally conductive potting material featuring low viscosity for easy pouring and deep penetration into intricate electronic assemblies. It cures quickly under heat to form a soft, elastic rubber that retains tacky adhesion, offering both thermal management and mechanical protection for sensitive components.
