Momentive SILCOOL™ TIA208RL is a two-component, low-viscosity thermally conductive silicone potting material ideal for applications requiring deep penetration into fine structural cavities. Its excellent flowability helps fill voids and create reliable thermal pathways. The material cures at room temperature or with accelerated heating and forms a durable elastomer with strong adhesion.
