Product Introduction
Momentive SILCOOL™ TIA208R-HF is a two-component, highly flowable thermally conductive silicone rubber designed for potting and thermal management. It cures at room temperature or with accelerated heat to form a soft, elastomeric rubber that adheres well to metals and plastics without primers. Its low viscosity enables it to fill complex cavities and eliminate voids for effective heat dissipation.
