INVISISIL™ TSJ3150 is a transparent, one-component heat-curable silicone junction coating formulated for semiconductor protection. It offers excellent light transmission, low shrinkage, and the ability to relieve stress on wires and pellets. TSJ3150 protects semiconductor surfaces from ionic contamination and adheres well to most clean, dry substrates without requiring mixing.
