• This specialized LB-1000 Heavy Duty MQL is an extra heavy-duty, vegetable-based lubricant, formulated to be completely biodegradable.
• Engineered to excel in the most challenging machining tasks, it provides superior lubrication for operations such as difficult steel cutting, large diameter tapping, and deep hole drilling.
• It incorporates 5% chlorinated Extreme Pressure (EP) additives, with higher concentrations of 10% or 30% also available for intensified applications.
• This robust lubricant is specifically designed for optimal use with a wide range of ferrous and nonferrous metals, including aluminum, ensuring broad applicability across various industrial processes.
• For applications requiring subsequent heat treating, parts must be thoroughly cleaned using soap and water prior to the thermal process.
