The GPP-300 supply system features a piston pressure pump that efficiently pushes 300cc/330cc rubber drums, ensuring a steady material flow rate. Coupled with precise on-off valve timing, it guarantees consistent dispensing volume and speed. This system excels in dispensing medium to high-viscosity fluids such as silicone, epoxy resins, greases, thermally conductive gels and silicones, and sausage gels. By boosting dispensing speed up to 4 times faster than standard cartridges, it easily handles high-viscosity silicone adhesives. The GPP or GSP Cartridge pump effectively seals out air and moisture, enhancing system durability and improving the quality of sensitive adhesives for reliable, high-performance results in demanding applications.
GPP-300 Features
- Direct use of 300cc/330cc silicone sleeve and sausage glue packaging for fixed amount dispensing.
- Suitable for dispensing high-viscosity glue ranging from 10,000–1,000,000 cps.
- Uses mechanical extrusion to dispense glue due to the high viscosity of silicone, resulting in more accurate glue output. This method eliminates the residue of gas in the silicone that can occur with pneumatic pressure conveying methods.
- Compact design and easy operation. An external precision dispensing valve improves production capacity and dispensing quality.
- The pump head is equipped with a low-level glue alarm switch.
