GLUDITEC light-curing system uses low-to-high-intensity LED/UV/Visible light for the fast curing of light-curable adhesives, coatings, and UV inks. A modular UV-curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and customizable LED. A custom light-curing system can be built by our system design options: Stand (for integration into the production line), Drawer, Oven, and Box.

Consistent line speed, lamp height, and intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. Safety designs help to utilizing the highest intensity for better performance and shorter curing time.

Our LED and UV curing floodlights and focused beam flood lamps can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications including UV bonding, sealing, and encapsulating. GLUDITEC UV Curing Systems are ideal for use in the automotive, electronic, optical, and medical device assembly industries.
