ELAN-protect® UP 142 UV is a stable, single-component, UL-recognised unsaturated polyester-imide resin. This low-viscosity, VOC-free formula offers high bond strength and quick surface drying for stators. It is designed for Hot Dip UV impregnation, a process that achieves complete filling and fast cycle times. The component is pre-heated using current heating, dipped for rapid penetration, and then cured using current heating supported by UV radiation.
