Dobeckan® MF 8004 UV is a stable, single-component, UL-recognised unsaturated polyester-imide resin. This environmentally compatible, monomer-free, and VOC-free formula provides high bond strength and excellent thermal durability. It is designed for the Hot Dip UV impregnation of stators, a process that achieves fast cycle times and complete filling by pre-heating the component with current, dipping, and curing with current heating supported by UV radiation.
