Dobeckan® MF 8001 UV2 is a stable, single-component, UL-recognised unsaturated polyester-imide resin. This environmentally compatible, monomer-free, and VOC-free resin offers good mechanical properties and excellent thermal durability. It is used for the Hot Dip UV impregnation of stators, a fast-cycle process that uses current heating to pre-heat the component before dipping, followed by a cure supported by UV radiation to ensure complete filling.
