Dobeckan® FT2006-350 UV is a single-component, UL-recognised unsaturated polyester-imide resin that contains styrene. It offers high elasticity and excellent thermal durability for stators. This resin is applied using the Hot Dip UV impregnation process, which provides fast cycle times and complete filling. The process involves pre-heating the component with current heating, dipping for rapid penetration, and curing with current heating supported by UV radiation.
