Aquanel® VF111## is a UL-recognised, water-based varnish for the general impregnation of electrical windings. This solvent-free varnish features low-temperature curing and is applied using a simple dip application, where the component is fully immersed, drained, and oven-cured. A hot dip process, which involves pre-heating the component, can also be used to achieve faster penetration and better filling content.
