Devcon® R-Flex® is a fast-curing urethane compound engineered for the quick repair of tears, holes, and gouges in styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) heavy-weight conveyor belts. It also provides durable protection for belt clips and splices, especially in systems using pulleys with diameters greater than 10 inches. Designed for high abrasion resistance and superior flexibility, R-Flex® is easy to mix and apply, with repairs ready for service just 90 minutes after application—making it an ideal solution for on-site conveyor belt maintenance.
