Devcon® Flexane® 94 Liquid is a castable, non-shrinking urethane compound with a low viscosity of 6,000 cps that cures to a rigid rubber material rated at 97 Shore A hardness. This high-strength urethane is ideal for producing flexible molds, precision holding fixtures, and custom replacement parts—especially for discontinued rubber components. With a quick five-hour demolding time, it enables efficient and accurate part replication while maintaining excellent durability and abrasion resistance.
