SX720WH is a white, one-part adhesive formulated with a special silyl-group polymer for use in electrical and electronic component assembly. It offers high tack performance, rapid curing at room temperature, and excellent insulation properties. With enhanced hardness and improved thermal conductivity, SX720WH provides reliable sealing and bonding performance. Free from halogen, siloxane, and other hazardous chemicals, this environmentally safe adhesive complies with global standards and is ideal for high-demand electronics applications.
SX720WH Features
- One-component adhesive with no need for mixing, curing at normal temperature and humidity.
- White paste consistency and quick tack-free time of 8 minutes for fast production handling.
- High viscosity of 85 Pa·s and Shore A hardness of 81, offering firm mechanical strength.
- Tensile shear adhesive strength of 3.2 N/mm² and T-type peeling strength of 1 N/mm.
- Breaking strength of 3.2 N/mm² and 50% elongation, suitable for semi-rigid bonding applications.
- Thermally stable with a glass transition point of -69°C and thermal conductivity of 0.92 W/m·K.
- Excellent electrical insulation: volume resistivity of 1.7×10¹² Ω·cm, dielectric constant of 5.9, and dielectric loss tangent of 0.31 at 100 Hz.
- Free from halogen-based substances, antimony oxide, and phosphorus-based compounds.
- Does not contain low molecular weight siloxane compounds (D3–D10), ensuring contamination control.
- Available in 200g and 333ml packaging options.
