SX720W is a white, one-part elastic adhesive based on a special silyl-group polymer, designed specifically for electrical and electronic components. It offers quick initial adhesion, high tack strength, and long-term durability. With its UL94V-0 flame retardancy, excellent electrical insulation, and environmental safety profile, SX720W is ideal for demanding assembly and sealing tasks. It cures at room temperature and is free of halogen, siloxane, and harmful chemical substances, making it a safe and globally compliant adhesive solution.
SX720W Features
- One-part elastic adhesive with room-temperature and humidity curing – no mixing required.
- White paste appearance with a tack-free time of just 10 minutes for fast handling.
- High tensile shear strength of 3.4 N/mm² and T-type peeling strength of 1 N/mm, ensuring strong mechanical bonding.
- Shore A hardness of 78 and excellent breaking extension of 100% for elastic durability.
- Excellent thermal stability with a glass transition point of -64°C and thermal conductivity of 0.91 W/m·K.
- Superior electrical insulation: volume resistivity of 2.1×10¹² Ω·cm, dielectric constant of 6.2, and dielectric loss tangent of 0.23 at 100 Hz.
- Environmentally friendly: no halogen-based, antimony oxide, or phosphorus-based compounds.
- Free of low molecular weight siloxane compounds (D3–D10) to prevent contamination.
- Available in 200g and 333ml capacities.
