Product Introduction
SX720B is a black, single-component adhesive formulated with a special silyl-group polymer, ideal for electrical and electronic assemblies. This elastic adhesive cures at room temperature and provides rapid bonding, excellent mechanical strength, and superior electrical insulation. SX720B also features high thermal conductivity and is designed with safety and environmental compliance in mind—free from halogens, siloxane, and harmful designated substances. Its balance of flexibility, strength, and insulation makes it suitable for high-reliability sealing and fixing tasks.
SX720B Features
- One-part adhesive system that cures at ambient temperature and humidity, simplifying application.
- Black paste appearance with a tack-free time of 10 minutes for efficient processing.
- Moderate viscosity of 45 Pa·s and Shore A hardness of 78, ideal for elastic bonding.
- High tensile shear strength of 3.4 N/mm² and T-type peeling strength of 1 N/mm for secure bonding.
- Excellent mechanical flexibility with a 100% breaking extension and 3.4 N/mm² breaking strength.
- Performs well in thermal environments with a glass transition point of -63°C and thermal conductivity of 1.09 W/m·K.
- Electrical properties include volume resistivity of 2.3×10¹² Ω·cm, dielectric constant of 6.6, and dielectric loss tangent of 0.27 at 100 Hz.
- Halogen-free, and does not include antimony oxide or phosphorus-based compounds.
- Free from low molecular weight siloxane compounds (D3–D10), ensuring minimal contamination risk.
- Offered in 200g and 333ml capacity options.
