BECTRON® SK 76V2-50 / SH 79V5-50 is a two-component silicone potting system offering excellent thermal and mechanical protection for electronic devices. With a viscosity of 2,600 mPas and a Shore A hardness of 50, this material balances flowability and cured strength. Designed for high-reliability applications, it withstands continuous operation at temperatures up to 180 °C for 20,000 hours. The system cures at room temperature within 24 hours and features a fast 30-minute pot life, making it suitable for production environments. Its thermal conductivity of 0.4 W/mK supports efficient heat management, while its elastomeric properties ensure lasting performance under mechanical stress and vibration.
