BECTRON® SK 75V1-15 / SG 79V1-15 is a high-performance two-component silicone potting system designed to protect sensitive electronic assemblies. With a moderate viscosity of 3,000 mPas and a thermal conductivity of 0.2 W/mK, it offers a balance between easy processing and thermal management. This formulation cures at room temperature with a pot life of 60 minutes and achieves full cure within 12 hours. Engineered to perform in temperatures up to 200 °C over 20,000 hours, it meets internal UL 94 V0 flammability standards and provides superior vibration damping and elasticity, making it ideal for demanding industrial and electronic applications.
