With a viscosity of 10,500 mPas and thermal conductivity of 0.9 W/mK, it ensures efficient heat dissipation while maintaining elasticity and durability. Designed with internal UL 94 V0 compliance and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180 °C for 20,000 hours, this system provides robust protection for sensitive electronic components under demanding thermal and mechanical conditions.
