BECTRON® Bectron SA 70L1-36 is a translucent silicone adhesive and sealant specifically formulated for the electronic industry. With excellent unprimed adhesion to common electronic substrates such as FR4, PBT, aluminium, and copper, it is ideal for securely fixing components and sealing enclosures. Thanks to its low modulus and high elasticity, this product accommodates differential thermal expansion between materials, making it suitable for diverse and demanding electronic applications. BECTRON® SA 70L1-36 cures at room temperature with a tack-free time of approximately 10 minutes and achieves full cure in 24 hours at 25 °C. It offers long-term thermal stability up to +200 °C over 20,000 hours, with mechanical properties including a Shore A hardness of 36, elongation of 140%, and tensile strength of 1.52 MPa.
