Product Introduction
BECTRON® PU 4532 / PH 4901 is a transparent, two-component polyurethane potting material developed for use in applications where optical clarity and UV stability are essential. With a low viscosity of 700 mPas and a pot life of 25 minutes at 23 °C, it ensures smooth processing and excellent flow characteristics. Upon curing, it forms a durable structure with Shore D50 hardness, offering a balance between resilience and rigidity. The system is solvent-free and demonstrates excellent resistance to yellowing, even under long-term exposure to sunlight and elevated temperatures up to +120 °C. It is ideally suited for optoelectronics, LED modules, and automotive display encapsulation where visual inspection and long-term transparency are critical.
