BECTRON® PU 4512 is a filled, two-component polyurethane encapsulation resin designed for electronics applications requiring moderate thermal resistance and mechanical protection. With a pot life of 40 minutes and room-temperature cure profile, PU 4512 offers ease of processing while maintaining reliable performance. This formulation exhibits high elasticity with Shore 70 A hardness and a low viscosity of 900 mPas, enabling excellent flow and coverage. Its thermal conductivity of 0.15 W/mK supports heat dissipation, and the cured resin maintains integrity up to +110 °C over 20,000 hours, making it a dependable solution for a wide range of general-purpose potting and encapsulation tasks.
