Product Introduction
BECTRON® PT 4834 is a one-component, moisture-cured polyurethane thick film coating engineered for protective and mechanical applications on electronic assemblies. With a viscosity of 32,000 mPas and a Shore A hardness of 42, this coating balances flowability and mechanical strength, making it ideal for complex assemblies requiring targeted coverage. It cures to a flexible and durable finish that offers excellent adhesion to most substrates and maintains performance even under vibration and temperature cycling. PT 4834 dries to the touch in approximately 4 hours at room temperature and is free from solvents and VOCs, supporting environmentally conscious manufacturing.
