Product Introduction
BECTRON® PT 4832 is a one-component, moisture-cured polyurethane coating formulated for robust protection of electronic assemblies. With a high viscosity of 50,000 mPas and Shore A hardness of 45, it provides excellent edge coverage and localized build-up, especially on complex geometries and vertical surfaces. PT 4832 cures to a flexible, durable coating that withstands vibration, moisture ingress, and chemical exposure. The product is touch-dry in approximately 4 hours at room temperature and supports long-term use in demanding environments up to 100 °C. Its solvent-free and VOC-free formulation ensures environmental compliance across modern manufacturing lines.
