Product Introduction
BECTRON® PT 4830 is a high-viscosity, one-component polyurethane thick film coating designed for moisture curing at room temperature. With an exceptionally thixotropic consistency at 50,000 mPas, it is ideally suited for applications requiring precise, localized coverage or edge protection. PT 4830 combines a Shore A hardness of 45 with long-term elasticity, ensuring effective mechanical reinforcement for components subjected to vibration and thermal cycling. Touch-dry in approximately 4 hours at 25 °C, it offers reliable chemical resistance and excellent dielectric properties, all in a solvent-free, zero-VOC formulation.
