Product Introduction
BECTRON® PT 4814 is a single-component, moisture-cured polyurethane thick film coating engineered to deliver long-lasting protection and mechanical reinforcement for printed circuit boards and hybrid assemblies. With a balanced viscosity of 3000 mPas and Shore A hardness of 45, it offers strong substrate adhesion and elasticity to withstand vibration and thermal cycling. PT 4814 is touch-dry at room temperature in approximately 4 hours and provides excellent resistance to moisture, solvents, and chemical exposure. Its formulation is free from solvents and VOCs, making it environmentally safe for high-reliability electronics.
